Autumn Seasonal Ale 2023

Autumn Seasonal Ale 2023

Wildflower Autumn Seasonal Ale 2023 will be available online and for tasting and take-away/collection at our cellar door from 12pm (AEST) on Friday 5 May 2023.

I wrote about this beer when we brewed it... amongst a corpus of witty, engaging content I provide for the purpose of explaining what we do here at Wildflower, this piece has been called one of my finest.

At release, we have a measly amount to show for the utter work that went into this beast. A fleeting moment of beer, fitting for this short and sweet season in Sydney.

Luke's tasting notes - Sweet citrus, soft brown spices and gentle cola play around a biscuity cereal element. Warm and inviting with pops of ruby grapefruit and ripe watermelon. The core is malt driven with toasted grains, spice and cola stretching across the palate. Wonderfully gentle, the mild acidity and bitterness allow the flavours to slowly fade away.

Like all our beers, Autumn Seasonal Ale 2023 is best enjoyed when decanted off a settled natural yeast sediment at cellar temperatures (10-12°C).

Enjoy.
