We are searching for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team.

Production assistant- Part Time
We are looking for someone with relevant industry experience in brewing and/or winemaking, a good palate and understanding of flavour and aromas, attention to detail and the personality to work in a small team and family owned business.
This role will involve:
- physical labour incl. bottling and moving kegs
- barrel work
- working the cellar door on Saturdays with Topher and Luke.
- driving a ute with grain or wort to and from the brewery
- assistance with writing tasting notes/blending
RSA, driver licence and forklift ticket (and proficiency in driving a forklift) is required. This is a part-time role of 3 days per week (2 weekdays and Saturdays from 1.30-6.30) with the potential to become full-time based on experience, skill-set and performance.
