We are searching for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team.

The role will commence in May 2019. Applications received after 30 April 2019 will not be considered. 


Production assistant- Part Time

We are looking for someone with relevant industry experience in brewing and/or winemaking, a good palate and understanding of flavour and aromas, attention to detail and the personality to work in a small team and family owned business. 

This role will involve:

  • physical labour incl. bottling and moving kegs
  • barrel work
  • working the cellar door on Saturdays with Topher and Luke. 
  • driving a ute with grain or wort to and from the brewery
  • assistance with writing tasting notes/blending

RSA, driver licence and forklift ticket (and proficiency in driving a forklift) is required. This is a part-time role of 3 days per week (2 weekdays and Saturdays from 1.30-6.30) with the potential to become full-time based on experience, skill-set and performance.
