Made from organic malted heritage Schooner barley (Coleambally, NSW) and raw organic spelt from Woodstock farm & flour (Berrigan, NSW). Hopped with organic Motueka and Pride of Ringwood hops. Fermented with our house culture of yeast and bacteria wholly foraged from flowers in NSW and aged in a 500 litre puncheon for nearly two years. Conditioned in bottle for six weeks before release. Tasting notes - An absolutely lovely textural experience... This blend of Vibe is very barrel-aged heavy and makes for a rustic-saison, whoops-my-spent-beer-got-infected experience. Spicy and grainy as to be expected from spelt, but broad and creamy at the finish. Really balanced acid profile. Im really happy where this beer is at.
Like all our beers, Vibe is best enjoyed when decanted off a settled natural yeast sediment at cellar temperatures (10-12°C).
