Organic Table Beer Batch #18

Organic Table Beer Batch #18

Wildflower Organic Table Beer #18 will be available online and for tasting and take-away/collection at our cellar door from 12pm (AEST) on Friday 17 May 2024.

Table loaf, table wine, table beer... our everyday ale, low in alcohol, highly drinkable and 100% can conditioned. Bright citrus hop notes and soft earthy spice characteristics interlaced by creamy soft grains.

Brewed with regenerative organic Schooner barley and wheat from Organically Greenwood Farm in Coleambally NSW, organic NZ Motueka hops and fermented with our house mixed culture of yeast and bacteria wholly foraged from native flowers in NSW.

Tasting notes

As far as Table Beers go, this batch is showing a lot of brightness, really clean pour with heaps of saison-like esters on the nose and limey hop character. A good wheat-filled body completed with hop bitterness and a hint of acidity.
