Organic Table Beer #14

Organic Table Beer #14

Wildflower Organic Table Beer #14 is now available online and for tasting and take-away/collection at our cellar door.

A low alcohol, highly drinkable house ale which is 100% can conditioned.

Topher's production notes

According to Luke, this is the best OTB off the new brewhouse with a great balance of primary fermentation characteristics and funk. Very, very flavoursome.

It's also the batch Chris and I poured at the Firestone Walker Invitational... which was very well received.

Luke's tasting notes

Soft white blossoms and sweet yellow citrus lift. Hop spice, golden straw and warm grains. A fraction of funk weaves amidst the brightness. Punchy hop and clean grassy bitterness. A tighter palate brimming with citrus and spice. Mandarin pith and grains on the finish.
