For each release here at Wildflower, we attempt to hold back a small number of bottles to open over time and watch their development in the years after their bottling. This month, we have decided to share some of these bottles from our personal cellar and have curated a list of both single bottles and selected packs for you to do the same at home. We hope you have as much enjoyment sharing these beers as we have in putting the packs together.
