St Florence 2020: Gewürztraminer is an Australian Wild Ale refermented with white wine grapes.  

St Florence is named after Topher and his wife's first daughter. Saint Florence was a 7th century abbess from Cartagena, Spain. In 2020, this variant was made from golden mixed fermentation, barrel aged beer and 30kg of hand picked  smoke affected Gewürztraminer grapes from Ravensworth Wines in Murrumbateman, NSW.
