Monthly Beer Box - February 2024

A monthly subscription box containing 6 x 750ml bottles always with one of each of our newest releases and a 4 pack of Organic Table Beer. Just enough beer to last until next month. So it's there when you need it.

February 2024 Beer Box: A nearly complete refresh for this month... We're releasing six new beers/blends in Feb so this monthly beer box is rather stacked.   

I'm particularly excited to share Field Work: Mountain Rye... keen observers may recall the last time we used this grain (released in Oct 2021) we made a small abv fresh ale to showcase this raw perennial grain grown by the NSW DPI. It was well received then and had a really great spicy character to it. Mountain Rye is a true perennial, meaning it is not a cross or hybrid of a modern grain and an ancient one… it just is an ancient grain that is perennial. It also has strong perenniality, meaning it yields a crop more consistently for multiple years after sowing, with this varietal potentially cropping for 8 years. 

Also featuring in this month's box is our second variant of St Phoebe 2023 with this latest cuvee showcasing stunning Mariposa plums from legendary growers Moonacres. New blends of Serenity, Amber and Good as Gold are also making their way to you together with a delicious fruit beer in St Henry 2023: Apricot from the cellar and Organic Table Beer is back in stock after a short hiatus (y'all wiped us out of OTB late last year). 

The February beer box will be released online on Thursday 1 February 2024 and we will start shipping boxes from Monday 5 February onwards. It will be available for collection from the cellar door from Friday 2 February.
