Table loaf, table wine, table beer... our everyday ale, low in alcohol, highly drinkable and 100% can conditioned. Bright citrus hop notes and soft earthy spice characteristics interlaced by creamy soft grains.
Brewed with regenerative organic Schooner barley and wheat from Organically Greenwood Farm in Coleambally NSW, organic NZ Motueka hops and fermented with our house mixed culture of yeast and bacteria wholly foraged from native flowers in NSW.
Meesh's tasting notes
A pleasant gold in the glass with heaps of citrus zest, sweet blossom and pear on the nose. There's a grassy, herbaceous note there too. On the palate, it's light and fresh as ever. Sweet grain character shows first, sailing through the mid palate and coming to a clean citrus bitterness to finish.
