Ales made on Gadigal-Wangal Land
We focus on making beers with regenerative organic grains wholly fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers in NSW.
Our goal is to balance the tart, funky characteristics of our house culture to deliver beers with length, nuance and subtlety.
Cellar Door
Our cellar door is open from Friday to Sunday for on-site tastings, snacks by Hotluck Club and takeaways.

Organic Table Beer #13
Earthy lemon barley and lifted sweet citrus. Deeper colour. Bright and well carbonated, showing soft grain characters and bursting pithy citrus. Streamlined, pleasantly bitter and wonderfully refreshing.
Wildflower x Mike Bennie - Foudre Beer #2
An ale made with drinks writer and friend, Mike Bennie. Brewed in July 2018, this ale rested in a single ex-Tyrrell's foudre for over 4 years. We have bottled the beer in both still and sparkling versions. The uncarbonated cuvee is wax dipped to distinguish.
Distinctly Perceived 2022
Aromas of citrus zest, unripe melon and funky stonefruit. There’s a big spice element also, skinsy vinous spice, dusty brown spices and oak derived sweet vanilla. A tempered palate, there’s a phenolic grip from the grape skins but it still retains a lovely finesse. Musky skinsy white grape, forest spice, mesquite pod, pear and grapefruit flow along the palate. Vinous oak gives length to the dry finish.
Dreamin' Batch #1
Hoppy nose, lime and lemon with tropical notes. Soft citrus blossom and brown spices add some interesting high notes. A core palate of hop, earthy grains and fermentation esters. Cereal, passionfruit and sweet citrus really shine. A touch of spice leads to a cleansing orange citrus bitterness and flavoursome finish.
St Phoebe 2022: Ebony Sun
Sweet red fruits dominate the nose. Bright raspberry, sweet jammy strawberry and dark broody plum. Lifted red confectionery sweets and musky perfume. Wafts of funk, oak and frankincense. Intense palate. Brimming with vibrant ripe fruits, raspberry, plum and cranberry. A funky vinous element gives wonderful dimension and complexity. The oak is present yet controlled, perfectly interlaced with the fruit. The finish is racy, cleansing the palate in a whirlwind of raspberry acidity.
