Tom 2021

A small ale made with Morello cherries from St Thomas 2020 and 2021.  

This year’s edition is woven from multiple threads including our Table Beer aged with 2021 fruit, very highly concentrated cherry beer from both ‘21 and ‘20 and a 9 month old puncheon of Gold fermented by and with the 2020 cherry harvest of these same trees.

120 x 4 packs of 440ml cans available - limit 2 per person.
