Wildflower Organic Table Beer #9 will be available online and for tasting and take-away/collection at our cellar door from 12pm (Sydney time) on Friday 7 October.
Tasting Notes:
Quite a deep nose... funky citrus, woody spice, cedar and cool herbal notes. More saison-like palate, gentle weight upfront before a core of peppery spice. A clean bitterness dominates the back palate giving a wonderful dry finish.

2.9% ABV, 440ml cans, 1 standard drink.
Malt: Certified Organic Schooner barley and malted red wheat from Coleambally, NSW.
Hops: Certified Organic Motueka from Nelson, New Zealand.
