Wildflower Organic Table Beer #5 will be available online and for tasting and take-away/collection at our cellar door from 12pm (Sydney time) on Friday 7 May.
Tasting Notes:
Belgian spice, orange sherbet. Strong grain characters of wheat and straw give earthiness. Sweet lift, sandalwood and citrus. Lovely weight and texture. Spice and citrus meld beautifully. Clean bitterness to close.

Malt: Certified Organic Schooner barley and malted red wheat from Coleambally, NSW.
Hops: Certified Organic Motueka from Nelson, New Zealand.
