Subtle Matter is a golden barrel-matured Australian Wild Ale aged on basket pressed Semillon skins after six months contact with its own wine. Please see the blog post HERE for full production and tasting notes.

This beer is packaged in 375ml quarter-magnum bottles. There are only 247 bottles of Subtle Matter available online and for take-away/collection at the cellar door.
