St Thomas is an Australian Wild Ale refermented with cherries. Please see the blog post HERE for full production and tasting notes.

This beer is packaged in 375ml quarter-magnum bottles. We will make around 300 bottles available online. Outside of special events, we do not expect to distribute this beer outside of the cellar door and online.
