St. Florence 2020: Semillon is an Australian Wild Ale refermented with white wine grapes.  

St Florence is named after Topher and his wife's first daughter. Saint Florence was a 7th century abbess from Cartagena, Spain. In 2020, this variant was made with golden mixed fermentation, barrel aged beer and 500kg of hand picked Semillon grapes from Tyrrell's in Pokolbin, NSW.
