September guided tasting with Topher

Join us next Thursday evening for a guided tasting of our two new September 2024 beers, St Henry 2024 and St Abigail 2024.

At a common table with AP bread and cultured jersey butter for all, these two new beers will be presented in two vertical flights comparing the last 4 years of the same releases: 

• St Henry 2024 with St Henry 2023, St Henry 2022, St Henry 2021 and St Henry 2020 served with Long Paddock (Vic) Silver Wattle & Malfroy's Wild Gold Post Brood Honey.
• St Abigail 2024 with St Abigail 2023 [unreleased], St Abigail 2022, St Abigail 2021 and St Abigail 2020 served with Vanella Cheese (Marrickville) Buratta.
  

Following this, we'll open a selection of bottles from our museum of aged stonefruit beers and you are welcome to bring something to share as well if you like.

Tickets will be capped at 16 persons maximum in order to ensure a lovely little gathering allowing us to both delve deep into the making of each beer and allow the conversation to go wherever leads us.
