October guided tasting with Topher

Join us next Thursday evening for a guided tasting of our two new October 2024 beers, St Phoebe 2024 and Hive: Post Brood Blend #10.

These two new beers will be presented in two vertical flights: 

• St Phoebe 2024 with St Phoebe 2023, St Phoebe 2022, St Phoebe 2021 and St Phoebe 2020 served with Long Paddock (Vic) Bluestone (blue mould).
• Hive: Post Brood Blend #10 with Hive: Post Brood Blend #9, Hive: Post Brood Blend #8 and Hive Post Brood Blend #7 with Pecora Dairy (Robertson, NSW) Bloomy mould-ripened sheep milk.
  

Following this, we'll open a selection of bottles from our museum of honey and plum beers and you are welcome to bring something to share as well if you like.

Excitingly, this will be hosting in our newly minted events space which will allow for much more space and an easier audioscape. But also, this will allow us to extend the capacity to 28 people.
