A hoppy mixed fermentation ale made using the recipe for Deya's 'Steady Rolling Man' but fermented with our house culture.

Made in collaboration with our friend Theo Freyne all the way from DEYA brewery in Cheltenham, UK. Moral Victory is a replication of their stalwart and leading Pale Ale in the UK, Steady Rolling Man just; but, for this Southern Hemisphere edition, it leans further into a Motueka hop-heavy recipe and is fermented with Wildflower’s house culture of yeast and bacteria foraged from native flowers here in New South Wales.

It was aged in 500-litre puncheon for 9 months before bottling and conditioning. Imagery by Lewis Martin and naming thanks to the English Men’s Test Cricket side.

Ingredients: malted Schooner barley*, raw red Beaufort wheat*, yeasts and bacteria foraged from native flowers and hops. *Indicates certified organically grown.
