An ale made with drinks writer and friend, Mike Bennie. Brewed in August 2022, this ale rested in a single ex-Tyrrell's foudre for 3.5 years. We have packaged the beer in both still and sparkling versions. The still cuvee is packaged in bottle.

Made in collaboration with our dear friend Mike Bennie. Organic barley, wheat and hops brewed on Wildflower’s new-at-the-time brewing installation in August 2022. Left to chill overnight and inoculated with Wildflower’s house culture. Aged for 3.5 years in a single Foudre.

This still version was packaged in bottles. There are less than 200 bottles and 12 magnums.
