An ale made with drinks writer and friend, Mike Bennie. Brewed in August 2022, this ale rested in a single ex-Tyrrell's foudre for 3.5 years. We have packaged the beer in both still and sparkling versions. The carbonated cuvee is packaged in can.

Made in collaboration with our dear friend Mike Bennie. Organic barley, wheat and hops brewed on Wildflower’s new-at-the-time brewing installation in August 2022. Left to chill overnight and inoculated with Wildflower’s house culture. Aged for 3.5 years in a single Foudre.

This sparkling version was packaged in cans, making it the singular barrel aged beer we ever packaged in cans. Enjoy.
