Flower Shoppe is a mixed fermentation ale made with house cultures from both collaborating breweries refermented on Chardonnay grapes.

Made in collaboration with Garage Project, Wellington NZ and brewed with Dave Bell, Head Brewer at their Wild Workshop. This ale was made with organic grains and aged hops. It was fermented with a mixture of Wildflower’s house culture of yeast and bacteria
foraged from native flowers in NSW as well as a mixed culture pulled from GP’s ‘Chance, Luck and Magic’ spontaneous beer barrels.

It aged in small and large format oak for 1.5 years before being refermented on choice Tumbarumba Chardonnay from Johansen Vineyards in 2025. It macerated with the fruit for an additional 8 months before being married with cherry stones to lend a nutty finish.
