The Grand Cru Bruocsella is a Lambic that has matured for three years in oak barrels and has been selected for its unique colour, flavour and aroma. Since there is no secondary fermentation in the bottle, Bruocsella is a flat, non-sparkling beer. The beer will evolve over time. Bottled 21 August 2024. ABV: 5%
