The ale was originally brewed with organic red wheat and organic heritage barley wholly fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers from NSW. It was then aged for some months in ex- wine French oak barrels and selected to wash the blueberries from making River Fossil Farm 2025.
