Have you ever felt like our cellar door was missing some Sydney Rock oysters to side a glass of barrel aged beer, or maybe a slice of anchovy toast with the best preserved fish from Cantabria… or an insalata di Mare with beer-pickled fennel… how bout an Emilios Butchery pork chop cooked over coals. Maybe it was simply having a plate of 18 mo Comte served with hot honey. I mean is a fully matched, restaurant style menu too much to ask for an inner city mixed culture brewery?
We’ve gone and flirted with the condiment king, snack master, Good Food’s emerging star Gaspar Tse to bring to you for 8 weekends our little SPRING FLING. Every Saturday and Sunday, Gaspar is popping-up at Wildflower and cooking a full modern Australian menu with his signature spin… and just upping the ante we’ll be joined each Sunday by a litany of mates curating their own list of off-menu dishes… just in case that didn’t get your heart pumping.
PLEASE NOTE we will be CLOSED this Sunday 14 November for a ticketed event from 12noon-4pm. Our doors will be open from 4pm however and we will be closing early at 6pm.
