Dime a Dozen - Wildflower x Balter Collaboration
This is a really common beer really... something we see all the time. It was very simple actually when I brewed it with my friend Scotty who is the head brewer at a quite under-the-radar brewery called Balter in southern Queensland, you probably haven't heard of it.

Organic Table Beer #4 - Tasting Notes
Gentle nose of lemon, spice and pine. Classic palate full of primary grain and hop flavours, lending to an impression of typical WF citrus and mild acidity. Well carbonated, giving lovely weight and texture, the beer closes with clean bitterness.

Good as Gold Blend #12 - Tasting Notes
Blend #12 has a complex nose full of lemon lime, dark spice and funk. Lighter notes of vanilla and citrus blossom lift the nose wonderfully. Palate is delicious, a touch deeper than previous blends but still alive with brightness and vibrancy. Orange citrus dominant, lively carbonation with a clean bitterness giving great drive and refreshment.

At release this blend shows its age. Warm comforting aromas of fresh toasted bread, sweet dried fruits, soft cocoa/milk chocolate. Darker hits of oak and cola. The palate has a beautiful balance of malt sweetness and acidity full of raisins, chocolate and cinnamon spice. Oak flavours persist throughout the palate and lend great length and flavour to the finish.

Gold Blend #30 - Tasting Notes
A balanced six barrel blend with good oak elements... spicy and creamy, very vinous. Toasty, mandarin marmalade and honeyed aromas. The palate is very savoury, vinous and textured. Delicious blend with oaky overtones and Portuguese custard undertones to finish.
